Asker Mammedov, a 31 year old former Olympic wrestler from Azerbaijan, forced women from hishomeland to work as prostitutes in Brooklyn. At least one of the sex slaves imported was only 16.He was arraigned in federal court on March 18. He denied the charges and was ordered held withoutbail.
