A 26-year-old man arrested Wednesday is accused of sexually abusing two infants and creating child pornography, Vancouver police say.

Stephen Rian Price is being held in the Clark County Jail on suspicion of crimes that include rape of a child, child molestation and sexual exploitation of a minor, records show. Detectives think there are likely additional victims who haven’t yet been identified or found, Vancouver police said in a news release.

Authorities said the Vancouver Police Digital Evidence Cybercrime Unit received a tip generated by “Discord,” a voice and text chat application for online gamers, on Wednesday afternoon.

The app found communications and video shared on one of its channels that detailed a man’s sexual assault of an infant, according to police.

Police said the videos hadn’t previously been seen by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, indicating the abuse had occurred recently and was likely carried out by the person who uploaded the content.

The IP address Discord reported was in Washougal, police said. The suspect was identified as Price.

Detectives served a search warrant Wednesday night, and the infant was taken to a hospital and into protective custody.

An investigation also obtained evidence of the rape and production of child pornography involving the second infant.

Detectives will continue to investigate in attempts to find other potential victims and identify other people involved in sharing child sexual abuse content in the Discord chat room, police said.
