Jodi Thorp, a 39 year old New Jersey teacher and a mother of three, facing trial on multiple charges of having sex with a 14 year old student, has admitted to fondling the youth, in a plea deal that will send her to jail for 364 days.  She pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of child endangerment for fondling a 14 year old student in her Mendham Township home in 2001.
