Channing Galbraith, 29, was arrested for sexual assault of a child last July.  he iscurrently being held on a $100,000 bond for kidnapping.  A smoke break for, CourtneyBest, a Texas pizza shop employee, led to the quick rescues of the missing boy when shespotted the suspect's car.  She said, I stepped outside, I was standing by the trash can, andI seen a white car pull up, and I just happen to take my phone with me cause we don't look at ourphones at work, and I looked down, and I say 'white Dodge Avenger Amber Alert,' and I was like,nah, that's not him.  Best said the knots in her stomach outweighed her doubt, so she got inher car and drove past the vehicle.  Sure enough, the license plate matched the one in theAmber Alert.  Police were able to act quickly and arrested Galbraith just as his vehicle wasleaving the parking lot.  The boy appeared to be unharmed but was taken to a hospital as aprecaution.
