YONKERS MAN CHARGED AS SEXUAL PREDATOR

Robert Testa, a 60 year old Yonkers man who police said tried to send sexually explicit images and words to a minor through the Internet and on the telephone, was arraigned on charges of distributing indecent material to minors.  Testa pleaded not guilty yesterday.  He faces three counts of first degree disseminating indecent material to a minor and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, stemming from his alleged correspondence with a Nassau detective posing online as a 14 year old girl.  Testa is being held at the Nassau jail on $25,000 cash bail.
