Joseph Belanger, a 61 year old former psychologist who evaluated sex offenders at North Dakota'sstate mental hospital, faces federal charges of possession of child pornography.  He pleadednot guilty yesterday to three counts, including possession and receipt of materials involving thesexual exploitation of minors. Belanger's trial is scheduled for September 29.
