Sherry Hsiao Hwa Chow, a 24 year old American woman working with street children in Kenya,appeared in court yesterday on charges of having sex with underage boys during the last two years.Hwa Chow was arrested Sunday on suspicion of indecently assaulting four boys, all under 18, whowere staying at a Nairobi rehabilitation center for street children. Hwa Chow has been staying inEast Africa for the last three years working with street children.
