ALARMING SPIKE IN COCKTAIL RAPES

The Post has learned that a record number of women are reporting to police that they were sexually assaulted after predators in Manhattan bars, nightclubs and parties drugged their drinks.  Others say they have gotten ill, acted strangely and lost their memories after patronizing some New York nightspots.
