CHILD KILLER GETS 1,400 YEARS TACKED ONTO PRISON SENTENCE

Robert Frederick Carr kidnapped, tortured and strangled Jayne Peyton's 11 year old son, Todd.  She said Carr cost her family their heart, leaving a hole in the fabric of our family.  Fourteen centuries were added to his sentence.  A tentative release date is set for July 30, 3414.  His crimes were so wicked, his victims so young and vulnerable, the child rapist and killer will meet his maker a thousand years before Florida would have let him out of prison.
