Kevin Schaus, a 32 year old upstate man, confessed to kidnapping 5 year old Brittany Fish in April 2004.  She was found alive a day after her abduction.  Schaus was charged with first degree kidnapping after confessing on Friday.  He was being held in jail without bail.
