EAST PATCHOGUE MAN ARRESTED IN SEX CASE

Wilfredo A. Lopez, 32, was arrested for allegedly grabbing a young girl he met while swimming and making her touch

him inappropriately.  He started talking to two 10 year old girls but the conversation turned vulgar and the girls tried to leave.  He grabbed one of the girl's hands and placed it on his crotch.  The girls friend kicked him and they escaped, they ran to a nearby home to call police.  He was arraigned on May 7th on first degree sexual abuse and is being held on $10,000 bail.  He faces up to 7 years in prison if convicted.
