Nicholas Caruso, a 21 year old Merrick man, is accused of performing sex acts in front ofchildren through an Internet chat site.  Caruso has pleaded not guilty.  He allegedlyposed as a 15 year old boy so he could chat online with an 11 year old Arizona girl.  Policesay an investigation revealed that Caruso had performed sex acts while children as young as 5watched over a webcam.  Child pornography files made by Caruso were found on his computer.
