MAN FACES CHARGES OF ABUSING 8-YEAR-OLD GIRL

JR Santiago, a 52 year old North Bellmore man, was arrested yesterday and charged withsexually abusing an 8 year old girl. Santiago, of Washington Boulevard, touched the girl'sgenital area through her clothes twice in August while she was visiting a friend at his home. He was to be arraigned today on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse in First DistrictCourt.
