On June 3, a judge sentenced Heriberto Montanez, 44, to 16 - 32 years in a state correction institution with a five year probation to follow.

A Dauphin County jury convicted Heriberto Montanez, 43, on March 9 after a three day trail for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 13, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault of a child under the age of 13, and corruption of minors.

The Dauphin County District Attorney's Office said, due to a prior conviction relating to a felony crime of violence, when Montanez is released, they will have to register through Megan's Law for the remainder of their life.
