Cesar Rodriguez, the 29 year old sadistic stepdad who beat little Nixzmary Brown to death, repeatedly sexually abused her over the past few months and also had a twisted history of perversion that got him booted out of the Army for having child pornography. Rodriguez fondled 7 year old Nixzmary and forced her to touch his private parts on numerous occasions, starting November 17, 2005, up until she was found dead on January 11, 2006. Rodriguez, who spent three years in the Army at Fort Hood in Texas, was dishonorably discharged in 2001 for having child pornography. He is charged with murder and sexual abuse in Nixzmary's brutal beating death.

On April 3, 2008, Rodriguez was given the maximum, up to 29 years behind bars - 25 years for manslaughter and another 1 1/3 to four years for unlawful imprisonment for tying the girl to a chair, caging her and causing her death.  He was convicted last month of manslaughter, but acquitted of murder.
