NEW JERSEY LAWYER IN KID-PORN BUST
Frank Armour, a 64 year old former general counsel of the Newark Housing Authority, has been charged with possessing child pornography and using his government-owned computer to download and view it. Armour, of East Hanover, retired from the authority last year. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a fine of up to $10,000 if convicted.
