It has been more than a decade since Amy, as she's known in court papers, wasfirst sexually abused by her uncle.  The abuse ended a long time ago and the uncle is inprison but the pictures he made when she 8 or 9 are among the most widely circulated childpornography images online.  Amy is now 20 years old and is taking aim at anyone who wouldview those images.  She is asking for restitution in hundreds of criminal cases around thecountry.  The issue of criminal restitution of child pornography possession cases emerged lastFebruary in Connecticut when a federal judge said he would order a man convicted of possessing anddistributing child pornography to pay about $20,000 to Amy.  The judge said it was the firstcriminal case in which someone convicted of possessing illegal images, but not creating them, wouldbe required to pay restitution.  Before the judge issued his final order the case settled to$130,000.
