Antonio Owensford, a 25 year old Brentwood man, has been charged with raping a 16 year oldgirl and then throwing her from the roof of a three-story Brooklyn apartment building.  He ischarged with second-degree attempted murder, first and third degree rape, fist degree assault andsecond degree strangulation.  Owensford and a second suspect, Anwar Desouza, a 24 year oldEast New York man, lured the teen to the roof of the building at 4 am on July 14.  The menthen sexually assaulted the girl and tossed her from the roof which left her hospitalized withmultiple injuries to her legs, arm and back.  Desouza is charged with second degree attemptedmurder, first degree rape, first degree criminal sex act, first degree assault and second degreestrangulation.
