PERV COP DODGES JAIL TIME
Officer Robert Friedrich, a 31 year old NYPD cop, was arrested and charged with sex abuse in Chinatown after kissing a child under age 14 over an extended period of time. Friedrich was arrested at the 5th Precinct station house on Elizabeth Street. In addition to sex abuse, he is facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child. He is a married father of two and was on duty and dressed in full uniform at the time.
The six year police veteran resigned from the NYPD and was sentenced to six years probation yesterday for the grotesque romance with the 13 year old girl.
