POLICE MAKE ARREST IN CHILD RAPE CASE
Roopan Singh, who police said is homeless, was arrested by Nassau police yesterday for sexually assaulting a 7 year old girl while staying as a houseguest in her Elmont home. Singh was arrested in the Bronx and charged with first-degree and third-degree rape.
