SCHOOL PERV NABBED

PFMLIT General, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST, SPEECH THERAPIST, TEACHERS SCHOOL STAFF

William Piccione, a 59 year old Bronx middle-school speech therapist, boozed up one of his 13 year old students and repeatedly fondled him during sleep overs at his Queens home.  Piccione was spotted by cops Thursday morning allegedly hugging and nuzzling the boy on a bench at McDonnell Park in Rego Park after spending the night together at the therapist's home.
