Roberto Sanchez, a 48 year old violent sex offender with a history of kidnapping, is backbehind bars after he was found hiding in the garage of a Poway home by US Marshals.  Sanchez,who has a long criminal history, has been arrested for kidnapping, sexual battery, spousal batteryand auto theft.  Sanchez, a convicted sex offender, by law has to register his address withthe San Diego County Sheriff's Department on a regular basis.  His mother said she and herhusband had driven him to register several times and had no idea he failed to do it again, makinghim a wanted fugitive.  Sanchez was found in a garage, crouched down behind a laundry basket.
