WINSTON-SALEM MAN CHARGED WITH 13 FELONIES FOR SEX CRIMES

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. —A Winston-Salem man is facing 13 felony charges for sex crimes.
The Winston-Salem Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Unit received an online tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that a person possibly had child sexual exploitation material, officials said.
Detectives with the department's Special Victims Unit and the NCSBI executed a search warrant of the home that was formerly rented by Stephen Lintner.
Lintner turned himself in to Winston-Salem detectives on May 19.
He was charged with 13 felonies for the following crimes:
• First-degree sexual exploitation of a minor
• Indecent liberties with a minor
• Felony child abuse - sexual act
• 10 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor
Lintner was placed under a $50,000 secured bond and is set to appear in court on June 4.
