A level 3 sex offender was arrested on Friday for allegedly impersonating a Department of Social Services employee in order to sexually abuse and rob a disabled shelter resident, according to Suffolk County Police.
Alfred Balcerak, 65, is charged with forcible touching, third-degree sexual abuse, first- and second-degree endangering the welfare of a physically disabled person, false personation and petit larceny.
