Eleven men who thought they were going to routine check-ins with their probation officers in Westchester County were arrested when they arrived yesterday and now face deportation as part of a federal roundup of foreign-born sex offenders.  Their convictions mean they have forfeited their privilege to remain in this country.  In all, 16 offenders were arrested in a plan that involved the Westchester County district attorney's office and Department of Probation.  The arrests are part of Operation Predator.  The federal program targeting sex criminals has resulted in more than 7,000 arrests nationwide, including 470 in the New York metropolitan area.
