LEVY THROWS BRONX BIG IN SEX CASE OUT OF SCHOOL

Schools Chancellor Harold Levy yesterday took action against three Bronx administrators for not reporting an alleged sex attack to police, but failed to act against his own bureaucrat for the same lapse.  He also said Schools Investigator Ed Stancik is probing the alleged cover-up.  Levy removed CS 66 Assistant Principal Judith Ramirez for not notifying cops that two teenage boys allegedly sexually groped two girls, ages 11 and 12.  He also said principal Marcia Gonzalez, who was not in the building at the time of the May 22 incident, and another assistant principal in charge at the time will face disciplinary hearings Wednesday.
