A MAN IS ACCUSED OF HOLDING AND SHOWING OFF A TAPE DEPICTING A SEXUAL ASSAULT

Darrin Tuck, 26, is accused of holding and showing off a tape depicting the sexual assault of a3 year old girl and was taken into custody yesterday. Tuck arranged to surrender after havingevaded arrest since Friday. He is set to be charged today with possession of child pornography andpossibly promoting child pornography.
