Luis Flores Junior, a 28 year old Dix Hills man, was arrested for photographing an 8 yearrnold boy who was in a bathroom at Hibachi Grill, located at 1114 Deer Park Avenue, NorthrnBabylon, on May 17 at approximately 3:45 pm.rn
Flores was charged with Unlawful Surveillance 2nd Degree, a Class E Felony.rn
