Scott Briggs, a 37 year old Port Washington man, was arrested after he sent naked photographs ofhimself to a New Jersey detective posing as a 12 year old girl. Briggs, of 89 Shore Road, wascharged with first degree dissemination of indecent material to a minor. He sent the detective thephotos, invited the fictitious girl to have sex with him and gave her directions to reach his homeby train. He was arraigned yesterday and released on $2,000 bail.
