ARRESTS IN PORN CASE

PFMLIT CHEF, CHILD PORNOGRAPHY, General, INTERNET OFFENDER CASES, LONG ISLAND NEWS, NEW YORK, PAINTER, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST

Thomas H. Jackson, a 21 year old part time painter from Shirley, and Kevin Volinski, a 49 year old married chef from Southold, were arrested for having child pornography on their computers and distributing the images over the Internet.  Jackson, of 30 Thornwood Dr., was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.  He was released without bail at his arraignment.  Volinski, of 50930 Main Rd, was charged with the same crimes as Jackson and was released on $1,000 bail.
