CANADIAN CHILD KILLERS GET MAXIMUM IN UTAH

Ferosa Bluff, 27, and Andrew Fedorowicz, 46, received the maximum sentence for torturing, sexually abusing and

killing Bluff's 3 year old daughter.  They received between 5 years and life for murder and 1 to 15 years for felony

sexual abuse.  Although both will be eligible for parole in 7 years, it is likely that both killers will spend the rest of their lives behind bars.  Bluff moved to Utah from Mountainview, Alta., and Fedorowicz is originally from Ontario.
