DOC MOLESTS 2 KIDS DURING EXAM – COPS

Dr. Cesar Veloso, a 68 year old Brooklyn doctor, was arrested on sexual abuse charges aftergiving rectal exams to two teenage brothers, ages 13 and 16 years old, who came in for treatment ofskin conditions. Veloso is also accused of measuring the boys' genitals and asking them sexualquestions in his Carroll Gardens office on October 4. He was arraigned on charges of sexual abuseand endangering the welfare of a minor.
