EASY TRACKING AT THIS SYRACUSE COMPLEX
A single apartment building in Syracuse contains what might be the largest sex offender cluster. Fifty-six registered sex offenders, 31 of whom are designated Level 3, the state's most dangerous classification. For the past 14 years, the state Division of Parole has been steering offenders to the Snowdon Apartments. State parole officers monitor 50 of the 56 offenders at the Snowdon. Despite the heavy concentration of offenders, parole officials report no new crimes by the offenders in the 14 years they've been in the building.
