Gregory Johns, 42, was fatally shot by Florida deputies for sexually assaulting andimpregnating an 11-year-old girl Saturday.  Johns was killed at a motel in Treasure Island,Florida, a week after his girlfriend's 11-year-old daughter was taken to the hospital for stomachpains and underwent tests that showed she was pregnant.  He allegedly sexually abused the girlseveral times and committed a string of crimes.  In the week before he was killed, Johnsallegedly robbed a couple at knifepoint and shortly after the robbery, he reportedly broke into thehome of a 78-year-old St. Petersburg woman.  He allegedly kept her tied and gagged for 12hours.  Johns has served ten different stints in jail since 1987 on charges of aggravatedassault, armed robbery, burglary and drug charges.
