FORCIBLE HORROR FOR 5-YEAR-OLD (Teen charged; bus firm, Ed Dept. sued)

The mother of a 5 year old boy remembered her son telling her how he hated riding on the school bus.  She had assumed he disliked the bumpy ride, or the time spent being cooped up.  then she learned the real reason, he was a victim of sexual abuse.  On Friday, July 18, 2003, her boy was on his way to summer school in the Bronx.  He would be 6 in a few weeks, and entering first grade in the fall.  The boy was the first to get on the bus and sat in his usual spot, right behind the driver.  A group of teens sat in the rear.  Those were the rules: little kids up front, big kids in back, a bus monitor in between.  At some point, a 14 year old from the group in the back was somehow able to summon the 5 year old without the monitor noticing.  There he forced the younger boy to perform oral sex while the bus continued on its journey.  When the bus arrived at Public School 188, other students on the bus told a teacher what had occurred.
