GIRL SUES OVER SCHOOL ‘SEX ATTACK’

A Bronx junior high school cheerleader has sued the city Department of Education and the YMCA for $5 million, saying a male high school student sexually assaulted her last year in the girls locker room at IS 174.

The boy dragged her into the bathroom and forced her to perform oral sex.  The boy was never criminally charged because the girl's claim was not substantiated.
