Jonathan Kelly, a 23 year old Queens man, is suspected of using underage girls as prostituteson Long Island, as well as in New York City and Connecticut.  He pleaded guilty to federal sextrafficking charges Friday.  Kelly was about to go on trial Monday when he decided to pleadguilty Friday to one count each of sex trafficking minors and conspiracy.  Kelly, whoinvestigators said had a state record for prostitution offenses, faces more than 15 years in prisonunder federal guidelines when he is sentenced in December.  A week ago, Kelly's co-defendant,John Ramirez, 24, pleaded guilty to a violation of the Mann Act.  The measure bars thetransportation of prostitutes over state lines.
