HUNT MAN IN RAPES OF THREE TEEN GIRLS
Bronx cops are looking for a tattooed rapist who has been linked by DNA evidence to three early morning attacks on teenage girls. He first struck April 11, 2002, when he followed a 13 year old girl from the Morrison-Soundview Avenues subway station at 2 a.m., grabbed her by the neck, dragged her into an alley and raped her. On July 21, he followed a 17 year old girl from the same station and into an elevator in her building on Soundview Avenue. He pulled a knife and forced the girl into a stairwell, where he raped her at 4:15 a.m. On January 5 he followed a 19 year old woman from the same train station at 3:15 a.m., grabbed her by the neck, dragged her into an alley and raped her. He is described as a light skinned Hispanic man with black hair in his early 20s, 5 feet 8 and about 150 pounds. He has a word tattooed on his right forearm in green ink. Anyone with information is asked to call (800) 577-TIPS.
