MAN ARRESTED FOR COMMITTING ACT OF PUBLIC LEWDNESS IN FRONT OF STUDENTS

Raul Lizcano, a 44 year old Copiague man, was arrested today for committing lewd acts infront of several middle school students.  Students from the Copiague Middle School complainedthat they noticed a man masturbating in a green Chrysler minivan parked in the vicinity of theschool as the children walked on Great Neck Road.  Lizano, of 597 Greenlawn Terrace, waslocated in his vehicle masturbating and was arrested at 7:45 am.  He was charged with fourcounts of Public Lewdness and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child..  Anyonewith information is asked to call the First Squad at 631-854-8152, or Crime Stoppers at1-800-220-TIPS.  All calls will remain confidential.
