Jason Berman, a 44 year old Half Hollow Hills West High School social studiesteacher, pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges he had child pornography and that he also had sexwith a 15 year old boy he met online. Berman, of Commack, was released on $35,000 cash or$70,000 bond bail.
