Nathaniel Kibby, a 34 year old man, was arrested and charged Monday with kidnapping a NewHampshire teenage girl who returned home recently after vanishing nine months ago.  He wascharged with felony kidnapping.  Police allege Kibby knowingly confined Abigail AbbyHernandez, then 14, on October 9, sometime after she left Conway High School for her home. Abby returned to her home sometime the night of July 20.  Authorities have not explained thecircumstances of her return.  Abby is now 15.
