Isaac Alawdi, a 32 year old convicted sex offender fugitive who slipped his GPS monitor andescaped into Mexico, was arrested in Tijuana Friday, accused of a violent home invasion inCalifornia's Kern County.  He alleged stabbed an elderly Vietnam veteran in the neck as hetried to get into a Bakersfield home in November 2012.  He was charged with burglary in thatcase and released on a bond with a GPS monitor.  On June 6, 2013, Alawdi escaped the monitorand apparently ran to Mexico.  He was turned over to US Marshals on Saturday.
