CAUTION On February 10, 1999, Adan Martinez was arrested in Joliet, Illinois, for predatory criminalsexual assault on a child. Martinez posted bond that day and fled the state of Illinois. On August9, 1999, Martinez failed to appear in court. On November 24, 1999, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the Northern District ofIllinois, charging Martinez with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
