Parents for Megan's Law and the Crime Victims Center celebrated the opening of their newPatchogue Satellite Office with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by New York State Senator CaesarTrunzo, New York State Senator Owen H. Johnson, Assemblywoman Patricia A. Eddington, AssemblymanSteven Englebright, Suffolk county Legislator Jack Eddington, the President of the GreaterPatchogue Chamber of Commerce, Charlie Baker, and Laura A. Ahearn, Executive Director, Parents forMegan's Law and the Crime Victims Center. The new satellite office, located at 83 East MainStreet in Patchogue, will provide south shore community members more direct access to agencysupport services for advocacy for child and adult victims of sexual assault and other violentcrimes, child and adult sexual abuse and abduction prevention education, counseling and Megan's Lawcommunity support.
