Alan Robert Johnson, a 24 year old North Fort Myers man, is accused of using his mother's e-mail to pose as a teenage girl and send pornographic images over the Internet. He pleaded not guilty to federal charges of possession of child pornography. FBI agents raided the home of Paul Bardotz in West Seneca, New York and seized Bardotz's computer. Investigators found several pornographic images of young girls and an infant on his computer that were sent to him. The e-mail address was traced to Johnson's mother. Bardotz told FBI agents the sender claimed to be a 13 or 14 year old girl. The charges are punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
