PERV EYED IN 2ND CASE

William Marcus, a 25 year old convicted sex predator, was arrested last week for allegedly handcuffing a 13 year old boy to a tree and molesting him.  He is being investigated for an earlier attempted abduction.  A Staten Island mother said her 11 year old son said a man who looked like Marcus tried to abduct him as he was walking home from school on February 2 in the Great Kills section.
