PHILADELPHIA COP CHARGED WITH RAPE

Keith Corely II, a 27 year old Philadelphia Police Officer, was charged with rape Wednesdayafter allegedly assaulting a woman while on duty. He was charged with rape, indecent assault,sexual assault and other related offenses.  A 32 year old woman claims she was waiting for abus around 3 am on August 11 when she spotted Corley and flagged him down for a ride.  Thevictim alleged Corely drove to an area in Cobbs Creek and force her to perform a sex act, thendropped her off at the 69th Street Terminal.  That's where the woman stopped a transit officerto report the attack.
