RAPE SUSPECT MAKES COURT APPEARANCE (Man Is Charged With Rape Of 4 Year Old Boy)

Gabriel Pugsley, a 22-year-old Minneapolis man who is HIV positive is charged with raping a 4-year-old boy.  He is charged with kidnapping, first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree assault and attempted assault.  Bail has been set at $200,000.  Pugsley lured the boy from a hallway into a basement of the Stevens Square Apartment building.  He put his hands over the boy's mouth and raped him just a few feet from where the boy's mother was talking with a friend.  The boy was taken to a medical center and treated for neck bruises, most likely from being choked, and for other injuries.
