RELEASED ON BOND, NET SEX SUSPECT DOES IT AGAIN

Edward Flagge, Jr., 53, was apprehended by the United States Marshals early last week as the result of an investigation conducted by the FBI, three Florida sheriff's offices and an Illinois police department.  Within hours of being released from jail on bond, Flagge, a Winter Park man,

was charged with trying to arrange sexual liaisons over the Internet with young girls.  He used his home PC to set up the encounter with a juvenile.  He faces two counts of attempting to lure children over the Internet for sexual acts, five counts of distributing child pornography

and one count of the possession of child pornography.
