Gary Baker, a 49 year old Sacramento police officer, was arrested in connection to sexuallyassaulting an elderly woman multiple times while off duty.  He was arrested and charged withrape, assault with intent to commit rape, forcible oral copulation (two counts), attempted forcibleoral copulation, and sexual battery.  Baker is accused of sexually assaulting a 76 year oldwoman on two different incidents and attempting to sexually assault the woman a third time.
